Services Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is effective as of the date the invoice was sent by NW Home Maintenance and Repair, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider."

1. Scope of Work:

1.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide carpentry, handyman, and building services as specified in the agreed-upon project proposal or work order.

2. Payment:

2.1 Payment for services shall be as outlined in the project proposal or work order.

2.2 Invoices are due and payable within 10 days of the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 10% per month.

3. Project Changes:

3.1 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

3.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to revise the project cost and timeline in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the client.

11. Dispute Resolution:

11.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the rules agreed upon by both parties.
